Welcome to Soulmate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application for finding meaningful connections and matches. By downloading, installing, or using Soulmate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soulmate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our application.

Description of Service

Soulmate is a mobile application that allows users to find meaningful connections and matches using AI-powered matching technology. The app provides matching services, messaging features, and compatibility insights to help users build lasting relationships.

User Accounts

To use Soulmate, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Services

Soulmate offers premium subscription services that provide additional features and capabilities:

Premium Features:

  • Unlimited likes and matches
  • See who liked your profile
  • Advanced matching filters
  • Read receipts for messages
  • Priority customer support
  • Ad-free experience
  • Boost your profile visibility
  • Unlimited rewinds

Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month
  • Annual Plan: $79.99 per year (Save 33%)
  • Lifetime Plan: $199.99 one-time payment

Subscription Terms:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

In-App Purchases

Soulmate offers various in-app purchases to enhance your experience:

Available Purchases:

  • Premium subscription plans (as described above)
  • Individual boost credits
  • Super likes
  • Profile visibility boosts

Purchase Terms:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices may change at any time with notice
  • Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect

Free Trial

Soulmate may offer free trial periods for premium features:

  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period
  • Trial periods are limited to one per user per feature

Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled according to the following policies:

  • iOS Users: Refunds are processed through Apple's App Store refund system
  • Android Users: Refunds are processed through Google Play Store policies
  • Contact the respective app store for refund requests
  • We do not process refunds directly

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Create fake profiles or impersonate others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
  • Share your subscription with others
  • Use automated systems to interact with the app
  • Collect user information without consent

Intellectual Property

Soulmate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Matching Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate matching, compatibility is subjective and results may vary. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that matches will lead to successful relationships.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the app, to understand our practices.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Matching services are provided for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Soulmate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or violation of our community guidelines.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and posting the new Terms on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is developed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

iOS App Store Specific Terms

For iOS users, these Terms are in addition to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You acknowledge that:

  • Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party
  • Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo
